Emergency Bath!
Last night at 7 pm, I had everything planned out...
I'd get everything ready for the next day.
Then I'd make baby Rixon's bath at about 7:30 pm.
But first I'll check his diaper. And that's when my plan went out the window.
"Oh no! It's all over! Kenzie can you make his bath quick?"
My 11 year old daughter ran into the kitchen and started filling up his tub.
While I tried my hardest to clean up his mess without getting on anything else.
I guess everyone's got a plan unless the baby has a blow out.
Your emails can go the same way quick...
You think you've got the best idea. You write emails you think will "crush it."
Then your campaign falls flat.
Happens to the best of us.
But that's why I love email campaigns.
If you notice the first few emails aren't resonating, you can...
Pivot quick!
You're not locked into any one idea.
And the best part is you can typically change the lead of the email and keep the rest.
It's the 80/20 of writing email campaigns.
But don't let the simplicity fool you...
These email campaigns outperform the traditional way most marketers do it.
